The diversified technique is among the most common chiropractic treatments. It refers to the firm, targeted motion that is used to complete a chiropractic manipulation, sometimes called the high–velocity thrust (quick push). The diversified technique is primarily used for spinal adjustments, although it can provide beneficial results when realigning the joints within the extremities. Through the diversified technique, the vertebrae are realigned, and enable the body to function, perform and innately heal as it should.
